Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Returns

Due to the nature of certain products offered through our store, returns may be restricted or unavailable for health, safety, regulatory, or product-integrity reasons. Products that are opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or otherwise unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return.

If a return is permitted for a particular product, customers must contact True Peptides before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or may result in processing delays.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, incorrect, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery. Please provide your order number and, when appropriate, photographs or other information showing the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, refund, or another remedy where applicable.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, the applicable amount will generally be returned to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or the refund is related to an error attributable to True Peptides.

Non-Returnable Situations

Products that have been opened, used, contaminated, modified, or damaged due to improper handling may not qualify for a refund. Products returned without prior authorization may also be refused.

Product Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any product they purchase is lawful to purchase, possess, receive, and use in their jurisdiction. True Peptides may cancel an order when fulfillment would violate applicable law, regulations, carrier restrictions, or other requirements.
